*SIGH* we are finally here!!!
After completing my job training, enjoying all the parks of Orlando on our honeymoon and drive 35 hours we have finally made it to San Diego, CA!!
We have really lucked out on the timing of finding a place to live. We found a really nice condo in 1 day, got cable and internet the next day, unpacked everything and have furniture coming in just a few days. It has been a whirlwind of an adventure but my husband has been amazing through it all! He has definitely kept me sane......I have a tendency to stress out a little bit. :) It feels good to be back to doing my normal things such as creeping on facebook, searching through pinterest and bumming around on Sundays watching football.
Now, don't get me wrong the honeymoon was AWESOME!!! But it has been a very tiring few weeks and it just feels good to start to be settled in. The only down side that we have come across is that our furniture won't be here until the day after Thanksgiving so we will be enjoying our turkey dinner sitting on some lawn chairs. I really can't complain since last year I didn't have a Thanksgiving at all...literally. So to enjoy Thanksgiving with some turkey, beer, a warm blanket and my husband sounds like a great holiday to me. Then comes Christmas!!!! I can't wait to get a real Christmas tree even with it being 60 degrees and sunny outside. :) Just because there isn't snow doesn't mean Christmas stops being my favorite holiday.
